L'antiCONDENSA

Stucco powder with ceramic beads
For indoor use

FEATURES:

L’antiCONDENSA stucco is a dry mix composed of selected alabaster chalk, pure finely ground calcium carbonate, hollow ceramic beads, and specific additives to improve adhesion to the supports and the workability under the implement.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
L’antiCONDENSA PRO.64 must be mixed with clean water; stirring can be performed with a mechanical stirrer at low speed or manually. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mix that must be free of lumps. Processing is done with a metal spatula in several horizontal and vertical steps; any subsequent operations can be performed only when the previous layer is completely dry. Before applying paints and upholstery, make sure that the layer of stucco is fully hardened and dry, and avoid subjecting it to sudden changes of temperature in environment heating.

WHERE IT IS USED:
The stucco powder l’antiCONDENSA is an expertly calibrated gypsum-based mortar used for smoothing interiors and making smooth surfaces. Its warm effect derives from the introduction of hollow ceramic beads which reduce the thermal conductivity of the product, insulating the environment form both cold and heat. This effect significantly reduces the condensation effect resulting from the thermal contrast on the walls causing mold.
The l’antiCONDENSA stucco features as well a good soundproofing effect. For lime and cement based surfaces it is recommended to apply a coat of primer ACRIFIX K2 before the stucco or to ensure that the plaster is well seasoned.

  • Treatment of cool walls creating condensation and in case molds have occurred.
  • Solution for poorly ventilated environments.
  • Protection and coating of zones subject to strong thermal contrast
  • Reduction of sound reverberation in crowded or noisy premises, such as restaurants, salons, workshops, etc...

PRACTICAL TIPS:
Store the boxes on wooden pallets, in dry locations. Firmly close the package after a partial use.

USAGE NOTES:
It is advisable not to apply the mortar at a temperature below +5°C and consider this value as the minimum temperature for application to obtain a proper hardening of the stucco. The stucco l’antiCONDENSA should be used in its original condition without addition of other materials.
