Fine scagliola

For internal supports in plaster

FEATURES:
The fine scagliola of the LINE BRIKO K2 presents itself as an extremely white and fine mortar. Ideal on supports and plaster based plastering.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Prepare a container with clean water in the required amount and pour in a uniform way the scagliola up to saturation, respecting the following water/product ratio: 1/2.5. To avoid the formation of clots, allow resting for 5 minutes, then mix again only the part of the mix needed for the first phase of the process. The prepared mix remains usable for approximately 40-60 minutes. In the presence of high temperatures the workability time can be greatly reduced.

WHERE IT IS USED:
Fine scagliola is used in the manufacture of plastering and finishes in general. It can be used as base plastering with minimum thickness of 5 mm, applied with multiple layers directly on the brick and as smoothing, spreading the product with American spatula with a thickness greater than 3 mm on the previously wetted surface.

PRACTICAL TIPS:
Store the packages on wooden platforms, in a dry place, away from moisture and from any dripping..

USAGE NOTES:
Use the fine scagliola in its original state, without the addition of other components. The scagliola is to be used at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C. If the temperature is too low, drying becomes too slow and the product may be damaged by frost. At high temperatures, drying becomes too fast, with likely micro-fissures. After application, ventilate the premises to allow a correct drying.
